Running for inspiration?

I like to go for a morning run every now and then and that inspires me a lot. It puts my mind into the right place, makes me ask myself interesting questions and broadens my horizons. I feel great afterwards and I have been addicted to it for the past few months. There is a beautiful footpath that leads just next to the place where I live. The footpath is actually an old railway path which is not used anymore and it leads over the bridges along the river, sheep fields and forests. Its views are magnificent. When I feel like running I just grab my trainers and RUN. 

I love the views, the fresh morning air and listening to the birds. I don't listen to music anymore, I much more enjoy the sound of the singing birds, flowing river and leaves rustling in the wind. All this clears my mind and makes my head buzzing with ideas afterwards. Ideas that I can use while working on some of my projects, it inspires my work and the questions I ask myself about the way I live. How to achieve my goals, what to focus on, what to be grateful for etc. It's really interesting and it surprises me every single time and I just can't get enough of it. 

Running is a great tool to become focused and inspired but don't forget on this: a refreshing shower afterwards and a cup of freshly brewed coffee. That is important too.
